Hello.
The Evolver doesn’t seem to be keeping the initial criteria. Before, what we defined as an Evolver block would remain throughout the generations, and only strategies containing the pre-defined blocks would be created.
Now, it seems to be discarding the pre-defined block as soon as it finds better options to improve the chosen metric.

I’m not sure I understand the question, but the Evolver never kept the predefined blocks as generations progressed. They’re only used for initialization.
Really? Because before, when I added it, it would stay — now I think that the blocks I added were somehow good for the metric, in this case.
What do you mean good for the metric?
Well, in the past, I inserted some blocks there and every strategy that comes in Apex had the exact same blocks that I inserted in evolver setting, plus other blocks that evolver generated.
Each run will produce different outcomes. Some of your blocks will become survivors in one run but not in another 🤷♂️
