As a non-US citizen, I do not have the opportunity to trade cryptos with IB. Hence checked alternatives such as Binance or Coinbase and I almost fell off my chair.
Is there any crypto broker for non-US citizens, offering an API connection that has even halfway reasonable fees on Ethereum?

You'll have to investigate the fees, but other options with WealthLab broker connections are: Kraken and KuCoin.
