You can't open the design mode.
Go to the "My Strategies" tab. You should be able to delete it there.
That one I can delete.
I published also for public scrutiny, that one only admin can delete it

It's deleted, you can republish.
The web based strategy feature does not support multi condition groups, please avoid them for now.
