when I am creating a list of symbols in the Markets & Symbols tools to use with Norgate data Do I include the ampersand? For instance:
&NG or jus NG
And do I include _CCB for continuous contract data : &NG_CCB or just &NG ?

You need to use the Norgate symbol for the contract that you want from Norgate. Continuous contracts start with the &.
If you're trading a contract with a broker and the broker symbol is different, use the broker mapping feature.
Pick one way, not both like shown above. In both cases, you'll have to make a change here when the contract rolls over.
