That's because Stooq itself does not let download their futures data. Compare your symbols' pages to those of QQQ, for example (scroll to the bottom to see the missing link):

https://stooq.com/q/d/?s=qqq.us

If you don't see the download link, the instrument (like Futures) can't be downloaded. I'll update the WL8 help to reflect this limitation.

I understand. Thanks. I wanted to find a more reliable supplier of quotes for futures than Yahoo Finance

I'm a newbie with WealthLab. EOD data download from Stooq works fine with data-extension .US like SPY.US or QQQ.US or AAPL.US etc. Also works fine with EOD indices like ^DJI, ^DJT, ^NDX, ^DAX and several more indices. Also EOD-download with other extensions like 5401.JP (Nippon Steel), 9187.HK (Samsung Reits), DARK.UK (Darktrace Plc), DTG.DE (Daimler Truck Holding AG) works fine. And of course downloading currency pairs work fine. Also download e.g. SM.C (Soybean Meal Cash) works, but SM.F (Soybean Meal Future) does not work in WealthLab. Same: ZC.C (Corn Cash) works, ZC.F (Corn Futures) does not. Same with several other futures I tried out. Looks like that there are some WealthLab problems with the extension ".F", which is used from Stooq for futures. Or am I totally wrong?

Do you really see a "Download data in csv file..." button for SM.F...
https://stooq.com/q/d/?s=sm.f

...the way it appears for SM.C ?

No, there's no "Wealth-Lab problems" with it. So it's answered by Post #1 above.
