Two dummy account questions:
1. Can the dummy accounts be wiped out and reset? My Account #1 literally has a 0.0000000000000004 share position that I have not been able to close or get rid of, and it is corrupting my testing.
2. Is there any place one can see current and past dummy account positions?

Yes, you can configure them by clicking the Configure button in the Order Manager after logging into the Dummy Broker.
You can see the Dummy Broker accounts and positions in the Accounts window (Tools menu, and you should be able to close out the position there.)

Thank you. I see where I can configure the dummy accounts now.
Strangely, I'm unable to close the small position though, so I'll just reset the dummy account.

I encountered the same problem in a dummy and this was the solution. When I tried to close a position with a tiny quantity left, it did not close.
What symbol and type of instrument is it?
And just to confirm, have you enabled Preferences > Trading > Special Order Types > Use Fractional Shares?
