Trying to drag and drop building blocks to different place is very difficult to achieve. I have not yet find out how to do it, but I have managed to do so only very randomly. It doesn't seem to matter where I release the block to get it to actually to switch places.
-------------
Loosely related, but here is a few possible feature requests about blocks:
Would it be difficult to have possibility to change the type of building block without deleting it and dragging a new type of block to strategy? I have sometimes made a block containing several conditions and then I have noticed building block itself is of wrong type. It would be nice to be able to switch the type of block "on the fly".
Also copy/paste should be an option for building block strategies.

Yes, hold Ctrl and drag your block.
@EUGENE Thats a cool trick! thanks for sharing!!
Cone covers it in our WL University video series, as well as many other tips!

Nice! I loosely remember seeing this copy trick somewhere before but I had forgotten it. But still, copy&paste would be more user friendly if it worked just like everything else in windows world. (=right click with mouse and select an action)

@Glitch
It seems dragging & dropping building blocks only works for me when I drag a block down. Dragging blocks up doesn't work at all.

I have 2 monitors with different resolutions and using regular pc, no laptop. But WL is running only in bigger resolution "main" monitor. (Is there even support for multiple monitors? Should I be able to run same WL session in more than one monitor?)
But I'll manage as I noticed dragging works, but just not to both directions.

Bingo. When you're using monitors with different resolutions than your main display, drag and drop gets funky. This is something that we can't control (or won't try to). If you change your main monitor to the one WealthLab is running on, then you'll probably have better success.
The same thing happened to vk, I can’t reproduce it and I think it’s some hardware related glitch in the WPF framework.
