Let's say I start a strategy evolver and have it evolve for the Highest ProfitPct. If I were to let it run for a few minutes, press stop, change it to evolve for Highest APR, and press Resume, would the evolver now work towards the highest APR?
Or would I have to restart the process?

No, it currently does not change the metric upon resumption, so vote for your request if you'd like to see this behavior added.
