Next, describe your problem in detail. Explain what symbol(s) you think "is not working". How do you determine this? How did you configure IB's symbol mapping? And so on. The more DETAILS the better.

To clarify explanations, you may want to upload a screen shot by striking Win - Prt Scrn keys and then attaching the PNG file from My Pictures/Screenshots folder.

Since it doesn't work, it's unlikely that you have the same settings. And, if really they are the same, then you may actually need different settings... As a shot in the dark, is the laptop a Mac? If so, in which O.S. is TWS installed and running?

The laptop is an HP with Windows 11
The desktop is with Windows 10
The connection log gives the error
'bS' : cause - Historical dara query end date/
time string [20221112-05:00:00] is invalid. Format is
'YYYYMMDD(Space)hh:mm:ss[(Space)TMZ]'
Where can I set this format?

Thanks for the hint. I installed the latest version of TWS. The data retrieval is now without problems.
