I’m getting a „data load canceled” message trying to update data from IB on both levels I tested, daily as well as 60 minutes.
Here is a view on the entries I put to “Streaming Providers”.
Do you know what’s leading to the issues loading data?

No idea, except that you can't request data that you don't have permissions for.
The real reason would probably be shown in the Log Viewer (Ctrl + L).

I tried it again and this is what the log file says:

Is this the first time you've connected to IB with WealthLab?
Did you follow all the setup instructions, especially the one that almost everyone misses? >> Send instrument-specific attributes for dual-mode API client in operator timezone.
Timed out means we waited nearly a minute for IB to return something, nothing came back, so we gave up. There must be more to the log. Please deselect all the sources except those for Interactive Brokers, "Copy all message details to clipboard", and paste here.
