For example, in Nasdaq 100 there are both GOOG and GOOGL and I want to use one of them in all my strategies that trades Nasdaq100. Is there a way to create a DataSet from Wealth-Lab or Norgate Nasdaq100 DataSet and exclude one of the tickers?

Wealth-Data has always (historically and now) excluded tickers for multiple tracking stocks for the same company.

In Norgate you can create your own lists (Watchlist Library, Create). I have created my own blacklist with symbols that I never trade. Once this blacklist has been created, you can change or expand it at any time. You can then create a combined dataset in Norgate, e.g. "ND100_without blacklist".
