Can I ask how is the colour for each section of the surface plot determined?
For example, the APR (the 3rd axis) of the 4 corners of the yellow section are shown in the plot, ie 11.59/9.09/8.94/10.94. Averaging these 4 values does not product 11.843 which is shown in the legend.

We didn't write the Teechart library but my only guess is there is some kind of stepwise incrementing involved where the 11.843 is arrived at by adding the calculated step value.
