Clone-of-compiled-strategy-disappears

I have a VS compiled strategy. When I clone the strategy and save into a folder, I see it. It works fine. Settings are saved. When I exit out and come back into WL, the cloned strategy is gone. In Windows Explorer I can see the strategy xml file in the compiledStrategies folder. I am running on WL Build 66.
