Chart-disappears-when-using-ScaleInd-and-switching-chart-to-Daily-scale

To recreate:

Create a chart.
Set scale to 1 minute
Add ScaleInd indicator to chart. For the ScaleInd settings set Indicator to Close, set Compress to Scale to 5 minutes, and set Pane to Price. The chart is shown - no problem.
Change the chart's scale to 5 minutes - no problem.
Change the chart's scale to 10 minutes - no problem.
Change the chart's scale to Daily - chart disappears.

While it is evident the ScaleInd should not appear on the daily chart, the daily chart should be drawn.
