Preferences - Chart Patterns - Trendline Generation. Deviation checkboxes and values aren't saved. A tiny bug, but it's a bug.
As far as I can see the value is saved to settings file, but then the default value of 1 is restored.

Update: I see that "Not Far" and "Above/Below" values in Peak/Trough Comparisons section also aren't saved upon restarting the program.
Indeed, fixing these as well.
