Changing-the-color-of-an-indicator-based-on-criteria

Total new user here. I'm trying to find a way that I can designate the color of an indicator based on some criteria. For example, I'm trying to modify the T3 indicator to be green when heading up and red when heading down. I've searched the docs and discussions but have not figured it out. Thanks for any help.
