I have had a TD Ameritrade consumer key since May, and was trading in an account directly through WL, however I don't think I ever used their data feed. I see that I cannot check the TD Ameritrade provider in Historical providers, and the Update Provider box is greyed out. Their developer web page shows my key as active and never expires. I am using the most recent builds.
Rename
Try clicking on TD Ameritrade in the Historical Providers view and hit the Log into TD/Refresh Token button.
There is no "login/refresh token button":
