I have been using WL 7 over the past 5 months and it has served my purposes. My annual subscription is paid up (this past month). This morning I could not sign in to WL 7 and the message block said I did not have a license and referred me to the subscription page. Can you help me:

First, I'd strongly recommend upgrading to WL8. So much has happened and there are dozens of new features available to you.. and more coming next week.

Your license is valid, so we'll look into the problem. It would be helpful to have the exact message text you're seeing.

If you're able to do it in WL7 or WL8, try Help > Download your License

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The message is as follows:

We encountered the following error trying to locate your Wealth-Lab 7 license:
Could not obtain your license. Please check your internet connection and restart WealthLab 7.
Please visit www.wealth-lab.com to obtain or renew your WealthLab license.

Regarding WL 8. I tried using it after WL Developer was no longer supported. After a few weeks WL 8 would not load and at the time there was no solution. I see that you have identified the bug but I have not tried the solution yet. That is partly because I don't have a programming or systems programming background and I have out of the workplace for 20 years. I will give it a try and I will welcome any assistance you can provide.

Your annual subscription plan is fine, this issue is on your local PC - please check firewall, internet, antivirus, whatever. WL8 works fine for everyone else. 🤷‍♂️

Update: the problem with WL7 login issue has been recognized. Although there's no ETA on this issue, we hope to resolve it soon.

I get this error message when I try to start Wealth-Lab. How can I renew my license?

I now checked out the license. And it says the the Renewal Date is August 6, 2023 7:59 PM. So, the license should still work today. Please help!

I was able to start WL8, but I cannot start WL7.

We apologize, but a recent change in licensing broke Wealth-Lab 7. It's going to required a new WL7 Build, which I think will be ready tomorrow.
