Can-t-Start-WealthLab-and-Can-t-log-into-account-Resolved

My wealthlab account lapsed for a few days b/c the credit card I had on file expired. I entered my new info, but its still saying my account is lapsed. The program won't even start up, there is a pop up that sends me to the website. I also can't sign in online on my trading vps and it says my account is locked. For some reason I can sign in on a different computer, but I'm not sure how to get my account active. If an admin could help me out that would be great.
