Eugene is wise to ask about tech support.
I just purchased the program and can't install it for some reason--the Geek Squad can't install it either. And guess what--there is absolutely no one on the other end of Wealth-Lab to assist. They have an automatic response to my issue that is zero use.
I think you should move on Eugene--there are other programs out there.

What are you talking about?? If you're having issue send me an email and we can schedule a support Zoom, support@wealth-lab.com.

I'm not sure what support channel that you're referring to but it doesn't sound legitimate.

10 minute response time, hope that's good enough for you :)

The user got our automatic response having contacted our support@ email. Despite it's clearly presenting itself as automatic, he replied to it with "Is there a compatibility issue with Mac?" In an hour he made another comment which is too obscene to quote here. 🤦‍♂️

In the first place, Wealth-Lab is a Windows application. Many subscribers, however, seem to run it on their Macs, either Intel and of course M* chip based.

P.S.

1) I've extracted this post from a completely unrelated thread ("Contact Us page").

2) Nevertheless, I use to sleep at night (EU time) so if you don't get a response by email you're welcome to ask on the forum. The email is rather used to share some private matter like strategy/data files for troubleshooting.

3) It looks like our database is missing a record of topic starter's trial. In general, it might make sense to evaluate the program free of charge for 14 days prior to subscribing. I'm pretty sure that our website does not make claims that WL is compatible with Macs.
