This build of finantic.Publisher (https://www.wealth-lab.com/extension/detail/finantic.Publisher) can be used as a Broker Adapter and as a Signals Publisher.

It now supports Webhooks.

It supports SignalStack (https://signalstack.com/)

And SignalStack in turn supports these brokers:

This means, now you can send orders generated by Wealth-Lab to these brokers automatically.

Hey, pretty cool. I was looking at the extension description/images, but didn't see an example. Do the webhooks provide order status too?

Damn, no Fidelity. Guess I'm still placing orders manually every day :)

No. It is a one way communication.
It just frees you from manual order entry.

I just wrote a #Feature Request to Dan@SignalStack with the suggestion to add
account status, and open position status messages.
Let's see what he comes up with.

So since TradeStation is supported by SignalStack, does it make this feature request complete in its essence?

https://www.wealth-lab.com/Discussion/Tradestation-Extension-7665

Because if your extension allows for TradeStation order placement, IMHO it would make limited sense to develop a data provider only.

That request was specifically to support TS data. Webhooks are nice, but they don't replace a full-featured provider - especially for intraday data.

Cone and Eugene,
Note signalstack is a pay per service just for webhooks, and a direct api for direct trades and trade stations full data access is still a huge benefit. Webhooks are an alternative option, and also cool in their own with other possibilities they opened up.

Yes, the data is the big draw. Six months of tick data, minute data back to 1991 for stocks and 1982 for futures, and daily data back to the 1960s. All are included with a no-fee account. Pretty sweet.

DrKoch,

On the trades I conducted through trendspider algo/bot through signal stack it does convey info back or at time of execution.

Trendspider does know if I am in position or not, and has some retry options, and sends me an email on trade execution. I didnt keep past email but will post here next time it executes to show.

Thanks again for incorporating, and will test out when time allows,

DrKoch,
Below looks like signal stack receives responses from TDA, and relayed it to trend spider at webhook execution. Shows status of filled as well as price and time. filled prices and times align with what happened in TDA. (whiteout of keys and account)

I assume this works for real-time market orders only. (Market orders sent during exchange times).

What happens if you send orders before the exchange opens or with limit orders which are probably filled at a later time (or never)?

I'll let you know when I see an order sent on the closing bar

All good for now, thanks again,
