Build 28 - Strategies attached to Charts fail to load when a Workspace is opened.
- Changing symbols does not execute the strategy
- Reapplication of the strategy to the chart(s) corrects the condition
- Saving the current workspace and opening the space does NOT correct condition
- Saving to a new workspace and opening the workspace does NOT correct condition
Guess - Error introduced in processing of the Workspace Open. Perhaps related to the symbol-specific optimization enhancement.
Other Conditions:
- "Autorun Strategy on Load" setting verified enabled
- Windows 10 (Current with Updates)
