If I have sync'ed a time series I no longer want wealth-lab to keep synced to my computer.
what's the correct way to facilitate that?
for example, I synced 190 minute data for 15 years and want to eliminate that from both future syncs and data storage on my computer.

You said TimeSeries, but I'm going to answer as if you're talking about BarHistory...
When you ask for an odd scale like that, WealthLab gets the data from a supported scale (for TS that's 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 30 minutes) and compresses it. So really, those 190-minute bars don't actually exist anywhere; only the more granular scales do.
