As you can see from the attached the chart bars mix with the top chart prices and it's hard to read what's what.

Switch a chart to 30-minutes and resize to half screen, as shown here.

trust me, it's bad when it's difficult to read last price during trading hours.
It would be a big improvement to limit the chart bars below the top data.

Okay, but let's be clear that the "last price" is always shown in the y-axis, and the price display in question is the last completed bar's data (by default) or for the bar over which the mouse pointer last hovered.

It seems that the "mashing" occurs mostly when the toolbar is visible and wraps around for more than 1 row. Other than that, I can't create an example (trying hard) that makes it difficult to read those numbers.

Glitch, do you want to do something about this?

To clarify - the "mesh" also obstructs one of the custom indicators values that is shown on the top (not shown in the image I uploaded). If would help the separate them.
