On 03/28/2023 there was no open position from SBNY. On 03/29/2023 the open position was suddenly there with entry date 03/13/2023

What is the data provider? Double click to open a chart and note the provider in the status bar label.
Refresh the chart. There was a bad bar in Wealth-Data that was corrected a week or more ago.
The data provider is WealthData. I had tried to reload the data via the data manager. That hadn't fetched. (I open the chart in open positions and reload data)
Opening a chart and reloading data from provider fixed the problem.
