is there any way to modify the parameters of how are candlesticks recognized by the extension? E.g. the Doji candle seems to be only identified if the Open and Close are exactly the same which is usually not the case. I'd like to allow for a little body.

Rename
#1 - Preferences (F12) > Candlesticks.
#2 - Create your own patterns. This is a little tedious and esoteric, but possible.

1) I can't see anything like that in the Candlestick preferences... just some four options and the Restore to defaults button. Could you please send a screenshot?

1) It's the equality threshold.
A doji is when the open and close are equal. The threshold allows them to be "unequal" by the value you put here.
