I'm trying use Alpaca with their paper trading account. My account has been has been set up and approved. I renewed the API and secret key. When I try streaming in Data Manager, WL shows error 'connection timed out'. What do I need to do?

I'm using Build 4 of the Alpaca API. I still can't stream, but I used IQFeed to the Alpaca account (paper trade) and that works. Progress.
