This doesn't seem to occur if the strategy is run in a normal backtest window rather than a Metastrategy window.

Confirmed. Advanced PosSizers create bogus positions that aren't exited in this MetaStrategy. And since the issue isn't limited to the Meritocratus, I'm renaming the topic.
Just verified Dion's fix for B89.
