any chance this broker extension is on the road map. I understand medved is available but I would prefer to have another subscription.....

All feature requests are crowd sourced. Go to https://www.wealth-lab.com/wishlist and vote up your request for a TastyTrade broker extension.
But as you pointed out, there's a Medved broker extension that will let you trade with TastyTrade today, so with that you don't really need a TastyTrade broker extension.
