WL7 queries checked data providers in Data Manager > Historical Providers (top to bottom) for data and cannot find your intraday symbols among them. It polls Wealth-Data and QData (by default) which do not support intraday bar scales.

Solution: make sure that your intraday ASCII DataSet is checked in Data Manager > Historical Providers. Also, it makes sense to move the ASCII DataSet to the top for the reason above.

Here's why it fails. To display intraday charts, WL7 uses a special option called "intraday day multiplier" in Preferences > Data/Trading. It doesn't apply to Strategies, only to minute charts. Your data ends last year so there isn't enough data to build the chart with default settings. That's an issue that we need to get fixed.

Long story short: to fix this, please change your intraday day multiplier to some large number like 999 and restart WL7.

Note: we’ve improved this well intentioned but imperfect feature in build 9. It will now be based off the last date of data on your file instead of the current date. So these mysteriously missing data should be a thing of the past.
