One more question, please: zacks does not give me any earnings data. The extension is installed and all updates have been made. When I drag the Earnings indicator to any chart, I don't see any bars = the data isn't there.

Thus, a backtest with indicator compare to a value does not work either. The scorecard is blank.

What am I doing wrong?

1. Have you checked both the "Earnings" item and "Zacks" provider in Data Manager > Event providers?
2. Some symbols do not have earnings reported by Zacks so make sure to check on a supported symbol like AAPL.

2) ok - but I am doeing a backtest to dow30 data set. so there should be some data.

And there definitely are earnings for Dow 30 stocks for me:

Well....

As you can see it doesn't work for me. What else could be the reason, because all the boxes are ticked?

Regardless of that, a basic question of understanding: do I have to create an "unlinked" dataset to backtest the earnings? Or can I also do this with a wealth data set?

I see the problem now, it's related to failure parsing the numbers in your locale. Fixed for Fundamentals B12 and made sure it works with your country's settings. Please look forward to the update shortly.
