Wealth Lab v7 says trial expired, but website portal page on my account says 90 days remaining. How do I get an updated v7 trial license key?
Also, please clarify, I thought the my paid license was good until January 2022 including support for v7 (that's the expiration date I have on file)?

I bet you haven't entered your credentials in the Help > Download your license dialog as WL7 requested? That's the popular reason for disconnect. This is how you authenticate WL7 once - and unlike WL6 there's no mandatory authentication every month or to use certain features (like every day).

Wealth-Lab 6.9 licensed customers have a free trial period to Wealth-Lab 7 that begins when they subscribe to one of the Plans below.
Subscribe worry-free: you will not be charged during the trial period.
You'll be charged when the trial expires and can continue to use Version 6.9 during your Wealth-Lab 7 Subscription period.
You are entitled for a 90 days trial period, AFTER subscribing to one of the WL7 plans. You can cancel the plan at any time and will not be charged before the 90 days are over. Hope that clarifies it a bit for you.
Thanks for the quick replies.
Hi, I am also an old user of WL 6.9, after I downloaded WL 7 and see that the current trial license is for 14 days. From the post, I realized that in order to activate the extended license, I need to go to Help > Download your license, but after I entered the credentials, I get an error: "We could locate Wealth lab 7...". Ok, then I saw that I needed to choose one of the current plans, for example, I chose a monthly one, but he immediately wanted to debit money from the card. Is it true that in order to get an extended trial license for old users, you also need to pay for the current plan, or am I still doing something wrong?
You are a special case. Your account "quaresma" is not a recognized legacy customer's account. A WL6 key was shared with you (though it's not in line with the EULA).
You can only benefit from the extended WL7 trial by using the original customer's account credentials. Ask him for a favor, the decision is up to him. As "quaresma" you cannot get a 90 day trial.
