How do I login to WL7?

You are unable to log in to WL7 because you haven't subscribed for a free trial.

Choose a subscription plan and click "Buy now" to subscribe for an extended free trial for WL6 customers.
It says I only get 90 days free. It should be free until Aug 31st 2021 - when my original plan expires. Also it says "You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term." I assume this means if I don't cancel before the end of the trial.
It is correct. Customers with more than 91 days left in the maintenance fee period and legacy Fidelity customers get an automatic 90-day free trial.
