I have been trying to retrieve futures data through the CSI extension on WL7, but it seems like this is not working for me.
I go into Data Manager > Historical Providers > Select CSI > Historical Data Loading Testbed and try any of the indicators listed in this post

It says "The Data Provider returned null".
The Log Viewer stores this message:

Let me ask my contact at csi and see if they have any ideas here. The error is indicating that WL could not find the expected CSI COM object. Does your csi account have api access?
I see, I was not aware I need an account at CSI to retrieve End-Of-The-Day data (or any other types of data).
Let's say I would have an account, how and where would I connect this with WL7?

You would set up their Unfair Advantage client software and WL7 would connect to it automatically.
That makes sense. I just didn't find any instructions on that in the extension screenshots or searching the forum. I will give it a try.
