Strategy-settings-in-code

Is it possible to hard code strategy settings such as equity, percent of equity, symbol(s), granularity, etc. in the source code of a compiled (.dll) strategy? So each time the strategy is used it would start out with these default settings?

I know its possible to do that for the custom parameters of the strategy but wondering if its possible for the generic parameters that the strategy tester applies to the strategy.

Kind of like a "hint" to the strategy tester.
