It will solve the problem of trading Russian market where you can not send orders after trading hours, but before new trading hours (like half an hour before market open).
As the strategy is linked with the market in Strategy Monitor it will let you have more control over your strategies. The relative one from the Preferences could be the default value.

fully support the request - it also addresses another thread on timing for market stability (post-opening) and liquidity issues (particularly outside of the US). this feature was standard in WL6- can we make this a feature request, thank you
