In Evolver's log I found:

Strategy 1104 Exception: Strategy Compile failed. A new expression requires an argument list or (), [], or {} after type.; expected.The field 'MyStrategy.stops' is never used.The field 'MyStrategy.trailing' is assigned but its value is never used.

It would be helpful If "Strategy 1104" was shown with its blocks along the error message.
