Kindly consider adding these 2 functionalities:
1) Show the current Sorting column by means of arrowheads in its header as is standard in Windows (up for Ascending, down for Descending).
2) Allow subsorting/multi-column sorting: With one column sorted, pressing of a special key (Shift, Ctrl or Alt) while clicking on another column header would allow this; a tooltip to indicate which key to press for such subsorting would be very helpful.
How deep to take this subsorting (2 columns, 3 columns....) I leave to the programmers.
This would be of widespread benefit throughout WL7 e.g. Data Manager, Backtest Results, to name just two.
TIA.

We already have a request for multi-column sorting:

OK, just voted for that.
Note: This post has the important extra point about identifying the sort column(s) - and the direction of the sort - starting with the default sort column whenever a window with columns is opened. Accordingly, you may wish to append this to the older post. Or I can do it.

If it comes to adding multi-column sorting to selected tabs like Positions, sure it would make sense to highlight the sorting order with arrows.
In Data Manager, too.
