This is a minor suggestion. The drag and drop reordering of blocks in a strategy could be improved. Dragging a block down works, but then dragging it up doesn't. It's not clear if the dragged block will end up above or below the block its dragged to. Perhaps I'm not doing it right, please let me know.

Drag and drop has always worked both ways. It's just the way you're doing it.
