Whenever you select a selectable item from the fundamentals and run a backtest, you will always get an error no matter which indicator you select.
Please let me know the cause.

What error? Be precise please. Let's start with this:
1. Exact error message
2. Symbol(s), DataSet
3. Event data provider
4. Do you have a subscription to the event data provider if it requires a paid subscription?
5. If so, have you configured the provider?
6. (Optional) Screenshot of the WL workspace with error

As you can see in the attached image, I have set up some fundamental conditions and backtested them and the results are all 0% and do not work well.
I am signed up for a paid subscription and have set up event providers and other data sets.

Okay, there's no error (so I'm renaming the thread again) but an absence of trades. Even though we have little idea what fundamental feed you subscribed to, there's still some room for troubleshooting.
Switch to the Strategy Chart view to see what's going on (a screenshot may help). When you do it, you may see that either the chart itself or the event series are empty: "Need to load data" suggests there's lack of data for backtest in the (unknown) data provider or data range. Click the red label to clear it and then update your DataSet. Does it work? If no, you have a data issue. Questions #2, 3, 5 remain unanswered to make us draw further conclusions.
P.S. Also, the many event conditions (we don't know how many you've defined there as you hid the rest) might simply have not been triggered at once.

I uninstalled Wealth lab, deleted all files on my computer that I thought were related to Wealth lab, including Extension files I had downloaded in the past, and installed Wealth lab again and am now using it.
However, as you can see in the image, for some reason the Fundamental Settings allows me to select multiple items, which is not the case with the Event Provider.
Why is this?
Does it mean that there is still some data file somewhere on my computer that I forgot to delete?
And where is it usually stored?

Look, there's no need in that new topic asking "I want to know where the data is stored."
I had asked if you could provide more evidence for troubleshooting. Let us technicians do this. Please re-read Post #1 and #4 here and respond. Thanks.

The above fundamental issue has been resolved, thank you.
Good to hear that but for the sake of completeness, what have you done exactly to resolve it?
P.S. I've extracted two offtopic questions in two new threads to keep the forum well maintained.
