Hi. I purchased an annual license before expiration of old license. I am not able to open WealthLab after expiration of old license. The same old issue. Please fix this

I don't see a problem with your subscription on our end.
What's the issue/message exactly?

My WealthLab 8 subscription is active on the website, but WL8 Build 169 shows:
"Your Wealth-Lab 8 license has expired". I bought a new license and cancelled old one after that but it's still check of old license. Looks like the old license check is coming from Wealth-Lab’s account. Please reset the WL8 hardware/license association so I can download a license for my current account

And this pop-up prevent opening the app. No possibility to download a license like: Help → Download License. Looks like problem is with cancelling of old subscription, because it was still active at that moment. After that WealthLab don't see a new subscription
