The condition block will be "True" if there's an upcoming market moving release ahead i.e. from the signal bar until the next trading session. That includes a FOMC decision on interest rate, a report causing high volatility (CPI, NFP, etc.), Fed's chairman Jay Powell testifies etc.
I'll see if it can be documented for PowerPack's B21.
