I need help in downloading Wealth-Lab Build 13. I get an error message when I try to download. I cannot find a place to chat or any other way to contact support.

Received "Fatal Error" 0x80070643 while trying to install the .Net Windows Desktop Runtime 6.0.2 x 64, used to run Windows Forms and WPF applications.

I installed Windows on a new PC lately and had no need to install the Net Core 6 runtime separately (?) Not sure what went wrong but it is specific to your PC.
Restart the PC to apply any pending updates to Windows. To ensure the installer isn't broken during download, please delete it and download again. Uninstall WL8, reinstall it.

Thanks Eugene- I rebooted, ran updates for windows, etc and was able to load the program.
