Multiple-indicators-or-Filter-in-Rotation-strategies

Would it be possible to make the rotation strategies more like the building block strategies? I would like to be able to use multiple indicators and assign then point values. It would also be nice to filter...ie don't trade any stocks under its 200 day Sma. Thanks!
