Make-Max-Open-Pos-Optimizable

In Strategy Settings->Position Sizing there is a setting "Max Open Pos" which limits the maximum number of open positions.
This seems to have a crucial impact for limit order systems in times of crashes.

Please make this setting optimizable like "Percent" (very useful) and "Starting Capital" (not so much).

Also it would be beneficial if Strategy Evolver could use (and change) this setting.
