Locking-Nav-Pane-View

Upon opening a strategy the Nav Pane immediately switches away from the Strategies to another view - QuickRef, Building Blocks, etc, as appropriate. While this context-sensitive switch is useful sometimes more often than not its a drag and one has to keep switching back to the view one really wants.

It would be *extremely* helpful if the View can be locked/unlocked easily. To conceptualize:
- Lock: One could press and hold the left mouse button over the appropriate Nav Pane View for a few seconds (? 3 secs, ?? 5) after which it would become locked. The Locked state could be shown by highlighting the View button (e.g. as happens with the Stream button in charts and quotes) and preferably also with a small lock displayed.
- Unlock: By pressing and holding the left mouse button over the locked View for the same amount of time as required to lock; left-clicking any other View button would also Unlock plus switch to that View; the Unlocked state would be shown in its base state (no highlight, no lock).
- A mouse-over text could explain how to lock/unlock.

I suppose Lock/Unlock could also be done via right-click menu or by some keyboard-mouse combination (e.g. Ctrl-Alt-left click) but I feel the press-and-hold is the easiest and most intuitive method.
