Hello Dion and Robert,

this is GWolf still there after much more than 20 years, but whatever I try I am locked out as GWolf or using my emails current or past, no reply to my support emails to support@ or info@. I need to recover my identity to change my payment methods can you please get back to me?

I checked both emails are working properly, are you sure you sent to support@wealth-lab.com with the dash?

What is wrong? What should I do?


Can you please verify and let me change my password ?

Using my email where I received my renewal notification I get:

Password reset failed.
No User found with this email.

Right now I have an instance on WL8 active on my PC.

Can you join a Zoom session with me to try and sort these things out? I want to get you up and running as soon as possible but I don't see anything wrong with your account. If possible, use my Calendly link to set up a session or write your email here in response and I will email you and then delete that mail.
