I keep running into this error on my VM and there's no way to get past this window. I've tried reinstalling Wealthlab but no luck. any solutions?

That's expected. You've exhausted the number of devices allowed on a single subscription. In this case, WL would lock up on all devices. Please follow the suggestion in bold and contact us by email.
