I am using WealthLab7 Build 3 under WindowsServer 2019. Since I downloaded some extensions (but that may be a coincidence) the left navigation panel fills the entire screen to the right in such a way that no other window is visible. And I could not find a way to decrease the size of the left navigation panel window.
The only way out I detected, is go to "View" and hide the left navigation panel. Then I can rearrange the screen by adapting the sizes of the windows by mouse. This helps until I have to use the navigation once again.

Rename
You might have inadvertently dragged the panel's handle to the right. Installing extensions looks like a coincidence. To fix it, first try to maximize the window and then, if the handle becomes visible, click and drag it back to the left.
If that won't work, close WL7, open the config file at c:\Users\Windows username\AppData\Roaming\WealthLab7\Settings.txt and delete this line:
LeftPaneWidth=...

To delete the line LeftPaneWidth=47875 worked perfectly.
