How-to-control-the-number-of-signals-sent-as-order

Assume I have a strategy that generates 100+ signals per day but I only want to have 10 positions max. I use RSI to weight the signals. My understanding is that even with weighting all the signals will still be sent to order manager. How to control the number of signals? For example, only send the top 10? Thanks.
